1. Conduct its operations in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and standards concerning environmental protection and provide a mechanism for self-monitoring to ensure compliance and continual improvement.

2. Committed to the protection of environment, saving energy, promotion of saving resources, reduction of wastes, promotion of recycle, and prevention of environmental pollution in the company to achieve harmony of corporate activity and enviornment.

3. Promote the adoption of environmental protection goals and practices by contractors and suppliers acting on behalf of the Transform Master Sdn. Bhd., strongly encouraging improvements in our contractors' and suppliers' practices to make them consistent with those of Transform Master Sdn. Bhd. 

4. Promote employee awareness of environmental concerns, actions and responsibilities through our programs and various communication channels.

OUR OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY & HEALTH POLICY

To continually strives to improve Environment Safety and Health practices with the objective of achieving a healthy work environment and prevents accidents and occupational illnesses as far as it reasonably practical. With the mission of providing a safe and healthful workplace environment for employees, the company is committed to: 

• Comply with all the applicable Safety, Health and Environment Legislation and other Occupational Safety and Health Requirements.
• Familiarize all its employees and related parties on Safety, Health and Environment by providing training, information, instruction and facilities.
• Increased employee awareness of the overall safe systems of work with environment is maintained as free as it reasonable practical, from any and all recognized hazard.
• Personal exposure to chemical and other health hazards shall be kept as low as reasonably achievable. This goal will be met by providing appropriate work practices, engineering control and personal protective equipment.
• Ensure all accidents, work-related illnesses & diseases or near misses are reported and corrective measures being taken to prevent recurrence.
• Emphasize and stress continual improvement in improving our Environmental & Occupational Safety & Health Performance for the plant and employees.
